The hotel is in a cozy spot, with a great location near the Winter Gardens and right behind the tower. The rooms are comfortable, but a bit small with a tiny queen size bed. The service was exceptional, although there were issues with the deposit. The location is fantastic with friendly staff, but a bit noisy late at night. The dining experience is good, especially the fantastic breakfast.

The rooms had a bath which was great for my young son who doesn't like showers. They were a little on the chilly side and quite tiny with a small queen size bed and a very small walkway around two sides of the bed.

The staff made a fuss of us and our little dog, but there was a problem with the deposit.

The location is very good, right behind the tower and alongside the Winter Gardens, a great spot to be. However, it can be noisy at 2 am in the morning.
